Attorney Kian Magana obtained a lowered charge as part of a plea deal for a medical professional charged with Driving Under the Influence out of the Van Nuys Courthouse. Specifically, the client’s BAC was allegedly measured at .08% and .09%, which constitutes a violation of California Vehicle Code § 23152(b), commonly known as “Driving Under the Influence”.
